Log into your Hisense account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Product
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original box with all included accessories, manuals, and protective foam to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect the unit for functional integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
